Diversity affects everyone in all spheres of life. There are differences regarding culture, personal attitudes or values but also in terms of potential. In order to accept and integrate various aspects of behavior, individual skills and values and to maximize the benefits of diversity, you have to become aware of all these differences and to understand their impact.
