All training measures include reflection sessions between the different exercises which allow the participants to reflect on their behavior and interaction in order to implement these immediately in the subsequent tasks. In the final reflection session the participants have the opportunity to analyze their experiences with their non-verbal communication behavior, to share their observations, and to find ways to incorporate these insights into their professional and personal lives.
Customization of training sessions
Using the method of Dialogue in Silence, we can accommodate groups from 6 up to 24 participants in our soundproof seminar room.
To provide you with a tailor-made solution we do an extensive analysis of the background, status and training needs of your group and adapt the training measures individually. In order to create an integrated training program we also combine Dialogue in Silence with Dialogue in the Dark sessions. Our training measures are often incorporated into existing training programs, e. g. trainee, leadership transition or leadership development programs. In this context they can thus be used to enhance topics such as virtual teamwork, strategic solution finding, self-awareness, implementation of mission statements, authenticity and leadership in an unfamiliar environment.
On request we provide written documentation of the trainer team’s observations and give you recommendations for follow-up measures. This service is not included in the program fee. Prices on request.
