This session is the kick-off for a training program. Do you want to put together a new team for a project or for an international network? Complete darkness provides you with an effective solution.
You want the employees in a specific department or in a local area to get to know each other better and cooperate more efficiently as a large team in the future? This seminar is a combination of training sessions in the dark and in the light which are held parallel. While the first group experiences complete darkness the second group stays in the light and vice-versa.
In the session in the dark the participants sharpen their senses and get to know themselves and their team on another level through different exercises. They will come to realize that communication, cooperation and the development of strategies are crucial for solving our tasks.
During the session in the light the participants are introduced to the Casino for Communications. At the gambling table they can really get to know each other: the team grows together and the communication behavior is fostered. The casino games can be used to develop comprehension and to clarify terms which are relevant for your company (i.e. the key values of the company).
At the end of the seminar there is time for a short debriefing in the light where the participants can exchange experiences and receive feedback from their trainers. This allows the participants to establish links to their personal and professional lives, thus laying the foundation for lasting impact.
