Are you looking for a challenge for you and your department? Complete darkness is an alternative to other well-tried incentive programs. In the “Dialog in the Dark” exhibition you will get to know your team from another perspective. By tackling challenges in special environments the participants develop trust, reduce their inhibitions and rediscover their different senses. In order to foster team dynamics, the participants have to complete various tasks, but they also have the chance to relax in a dark bar.
